Location: Remote, Nigeria preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₦150,000 + performance incentives

About PartyRA
PartyRA is a social event discovery and ticketing platform helping people discover events and helping
organisers reach and engage their audiences.
As we expand, we are building a strong sales and growth operation around event organisers,
promoters, venues and other partners across the events ecosystem.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive Junior Sales Associate to help grow PartyRA’s event catalogue and
build relationships with event organisers, promoters, venues and other relevant prospects.
This is a hands-on role combining sales outreach, lead generation, market research, marketplace
operations and follow-up.
You will be expected to find opportunities, start conversations, maintain relationships and help
convert prospects into active PartyRA partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Identify and qualify potential event organisers, promoters, venues and other prospects.
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, social media and other relevant channels.
• Introduce PartyRA and communicate its value to potential partners.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and move qualified leads towards onboarding.
• Respond to inbound interest and enquiries.
• Maintain an organised prospect and sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and other forms of bizdev.
Event & Marketplace Operations
• Research and identify relevant events and opportunities for PartyRA.
• Help grow and maintain PartyRA’s event catalogue.
• Ensure event and organiser information is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor the marketplace for new opportunities, outdated information and other issues
requiring attention.
• Work with the wider team to improve the quality and usefulness of PartyRA’s event
catalogue.
Reporting & Execution
• Keep accurate records of prospects, outreach, conversations, follow-ups and conversions.
• Provide regular activity and performance reports.
• Consistently follow through on assigned prospects and opportunities.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to sales and marketplace processes.
• Support other sales, marketing and business-development initiatives as required.
Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, marketing,
operations or a related field.
• Strong internet research and information-finding skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable approaching and communicating with people they have never spoken to before.
• Organised and able to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and digital productivity tools.
Nice to Have
• Previous sales or business-development experience.
• Experience in events, entertainment, hospitality or ticketing.
• Experience with outbound email or social selling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion or similar tools.
• Startup or early-stage company experience.
• Familiarity with social media research and prospecting.

Growth Opportunities
As PartyRA grows, this role can develop into areas including: Sales and business development,
Organiser acquisition, Account management, Partnerships, Sales operations and CRM, Campaign
execution, Affiliate and referral programmes, Event partnerships, etc.
Contract & Compensation
• Full-time, remote position.
• Initial 3-month contract.
• Monthly compensation of ₦150,000.
• Performance incentives may apply.
• Contract extension and progression will be based on performance and business
requirements.
